1. Delivery

At Jargar Strings we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible; All orders are delivered by DHL and the delivery time may vary depending on which country you are ordering from. Delivery time within EU is around 2-3 working days.

Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays are processed the following working day. In connection with public holidays, longer delivery times must be expected. Should delays occur at our delivery supplier, however, Jargar Strings cannot be held responsible.

When placing your order with Jargar Strings it is important that you enter your address information correctly, when you enter your delivery address. You are hereby required to provide the correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you provide is not confirmed, Jargar Strings reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

2. General

We send all items as parcels by DHL. This makes it possible to track the package if any problems occur. The items are insured during the shipment – when receiving your package please check the content of the package. If the package (and the content) is damaged when you receive it, please contact the freight company. Jargar Strings is not responsible for any damages that has occurred during shipment. We pay the highest attention when packing your items to minimize the risk of damage.

3. Shipping

Shipping Costs within EU.

When you shop at Jargar Strings, we deliver your order free of charge if the order amount (excluding shipping costs) is above EUR 250,00.

Is the order amount (excluding shipping costs) being under EUR 250,00 the shipping costs will be confirmed during check out.

Return deliveries are at your own expense and risk.

Shipping Costs and expenses for orders delivered outside EU.

When ordering from a country outside EU the shipping costs will be confirmed during check out.

Local VAT and customs duties will be added to the order upon arrival in the receiving country.

Please note that we are not able to ship orders to Russia.

4. Returns

If you by mistake has received an item not ordered or the item has a production fault, you simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Make sure to get a receipt as a proof, that you have returned the item(s). The returned goods will be refunded to the payment method used for placing the order or replaced upon receival of the return delivery. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

5. Complaints Policy

All our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24-month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase.

The warranty does not cover when damages arise due to misuse. For complaints, defects or missed deliveries please contact customer services on email [email protected]
Jargar Strings covers reasonable freight costs that can occur in connection with a complaint.

6. Payment

At Jargar Strings.com you can pay with many various payment methods. The amount will be withdrawn from your account once your purchase has been dispatched from our stock. All prices are inclusive of local VAT unless otherwise specified. If the purchase is to be delivered to a country outside the EU, the VAT will be deducted from the price. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges.

7. Security

You have at any time, the right to know which information we have stored about you. Just send us a mail with your name and address and we will send you a mail with all the information we have stored. If you wish for these details to be deleted, please state this clearly in your mail.

8. Transmission of Data

We do not forward your information to any third party. The information that you specify is being kept confidential and will under will under no circumstances be transferred.
